Regular donations by Direct Debit

A Direct Debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society authorising us to collect donations from your account.


Our bank periodically collects your donation from your bank. If you donate monthly, this is usually on the first or fifteenth of the month. You can also elect to donate quarterly, bi-annually or annually.


The simplest way to set up a Direct Debit donation to Mildmay is to use our online donation form.

What information we'll need from you:


  • Your name and address

  • Telephone and email

  • Your bank's name, your account number and sort code

  • The amount you wish to donate, and how often (e.g. monthly, annually)

  • Is the payment date the 1st or 15th of the month?



Alternatively, you can download and print the Direct Debit Instruction form below, fill it in and post or email it back to us.
