This theme highlights the vital role of social workers in fostering connections between generations, building resilient, inclusive societies, and sharing knowledge across age groups for lasting positive impact.
At Mildmay Hospital, social work forms an integral part of our approach to healthcare. Our dedicated team is crucial in supporting patients through their recovery journeys by building and maintaining a positive relationship to ensure that patient care is personalised and meets their assessed needs. Our team plays a key role in ensuring that patients can rebuild their lives with dignity, no matter their background.
