We are recruiting a Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer is a pivotal new role, supporting the clinical teams to provide excellent service.

The primary focus of this role will be to free up the CEO to develop our strategy and to ensure that the clinical team have everything that they need to be fully operational 24 hours a day, 365 five days a year.

The COO is jointly responsible for providing Christian leadership to the whole charity and for implementing the charity’s strategic vision and mission, taking the lead on all non-clinical services of Mildmay’s Office, excluding finance.

This is an exciting time for Mildmay. Having weathered the storms of Covid and financial challenges, we are building for growth and expansion. We are looking for a talented operational manager and leader to release our CEO to develop our vision and strategy for the future. We are developing services, firming up our financial footing, and growing in reputation. We are working towards a CQC Outstanding assessment alongside other business objectives for 2025, and this role is crucial in achieving these.
