We've launched a new series of video shorts, Meet Our Team, highlighting the incredible individuals who keep our charitable hospital running smoothly.
From Geoff, our CEO, to our multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and social workers, every member of staff plays a vital role in ensuring we provide the highest standard of care. This series also shines a spotlight on the behind-the-scenes heroes and back-office staff, Estates and Facilities team, receptionists, security, catering, hospital cleaners, and maintenance crew - who all contribute to making Mildmay a first-class charitable hospital.

Theresa, Substance Misuse Recovery Worker
Theresa provides essential support to individuals on their journey to recovery from addiction. Her compassionate guidance and expertise are critical in helping patients rebuild their lives, offering hope and stability in the face of great personal challenges.
Zach, Mental Health Nurse
Zach works closely with patients experiencing mental health issues, providing them with the care and support needed to improve their well-being. His dedication to helping individuals navigate complex mental health challenges makes him an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.
Beverley, Lead Social Worker and Safeguarding Lead
Beverley ensures the safety and well-being of our patients while mentoring future generations of social workers. Her commitment to safeguarding and her holistic approach to patient care are at the core of Mildmay’s values, reflecting our mission to support vulnerable people with the highest level of compassion and care.
Geoff, Chief Executive Officer
With a wealth of experience from his leadership roles in the NHS and at Mildmay, Geoff oversees the charity and its hospital’s strategic direction. His vision and leadership guide our efforts to provide life-changing care to some of the most marginalised and vulnerable people in society. Geoff ensures that Mildmay remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation while adapting to the ever-evolving needs of our patients and communities.
