Once again, we were honoured to welcome three lovely members of the congregation from West Green Baptist Church in Tottenham - Blanche, Estelle, and Sylvan - who delivered an amazing array of food items for our patients.
Their generosity and kindness have been a long-standing tradition, and it was wonderful to see this continue. While we missed Pastor Stephen Agilinko, who is currently on holiday, his congregation’s commitment remains as strong as ever. Today's delivery marks the second year since the church resumed its charitable visits after a break during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year’s delivery comes just in time for our Harvest Festival Service, which will be held tomorrow by our chaplain, Sister Bernie and these donations of fresh produce and essential food staples will make a huge difference in helping our catering team prepare nutritious meals for our patients.
We are deeply grateful to West Green Baptist Church for their ongoing support and for fostering such a meaningful connection with us.
