Mildmay introduces a new way for our supporters to manage their Direct Debit donations

Saving time by managing your own regular gift to Mildmay

If you donate to Mildmay by Direct Debit, you can now pause it, change the amount, take a payment holiday and update contact details yourself, thanks to our new Control My Payment service.

You will need to register first with the email address that you set up the payment with originally.

If your email address has changed, please contact us to update it either by email on fundraising@mildmay.org or by phone on 020 7613 6300. 

Similarly, if you did not include it when you first set up your Direct Debit, contact us to set up Control My Payment with your email address .

You can use the control panel below to get started, and you will also find it on our Donate page so you can access your account at any time.
