NHS contract funding covers roughly 90% of our services in the UK

The rest comes from our amazing supporters giving donations, their time, and even gifts in Wills.
Preparing care kits for patients

Buys a newly-admitted patient a hygiene/care kit of essential toiletries, which includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, shower gel and deodorant.

Buys dinner for a week for one of our patients, individually tailored by our dietitian and freshly cooked in our own kitchen.

Provides a day's training for a community health worker (CHW) in Kenya and each CHW covers up to 144 households. On average that equals 720 people reached by one person.

Supports a child's education for a year in Uganda. Mildmay Uganda's Universal Fund provides healthcare, education and food security benefits to children and young people.

Mildmay beds cost £455 on average, and, crucially, include all clinical treatment, therapies and social care. Crucially, this makes us far more cost-effective than an acute care bed in an NHS hospital.

Helps fund Elizabeth Ward in Mildmay Uganda Hospital in Kampala, the primary facility in the region providing high-quality care to children with the most complex cases of HIV-associated health conditions,.

Donating to Mildmay in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way of remembering and celebrating their life, creating a legacy for them, and helping to forge a brighter future for the people we serve and care for.
